Roger Roemmich is Chief Executive Officer and Wealth Advisor. He is one of the founding members at RCF Group. He has more than four decades of diverse experience including founding the Certified Retirement Plan Specialist Program and co-founding the Life Insurance Advisors Association. A retirement planner and long-term care professional, Roger holds a Ph.D. in accounting from Michigan State University. He’s the author of Don’t Eat Dog Food When You’re Old! and Don’t Let Your Clients Eat Dog Food When They’re Old!, informative and entertaining guides to retirement planning and managing retirement cash flow for individuals and financial advisors. A leading speaker at tax and retirement planning seminars nationwide, Roger specializes in investments, tax strategy and retirement planning. He is licensed to sell a variety of insurance and annuity products, and holds FINRA series 7, 31, and 66 securities licenses.

Barbara Borowsky is one of the founding partners and serves as the Executive Vice President of Communications and Sales and Wealth Advisor at the RCF Group. Barbara graduated from the University of Central Florida. She also completed Oglethorpe University’s Financial Planning Program in 1999. She has over 23 years’ experience in the industry as a financial advisor. She holds the CEP designation and is a member of the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners, and holds the Qualified Financial Planners designation from the International Association of Qualified Financial Planners. Barbara is also an avid animal lover, and contributes to different animal shelters around the metro Atlanta area. She loves to serve and gives her undivided attention to every one of her clients. Barbara holds FINRA series 7, 26, 63 & 65 securities licenses. She is also licensed to sell life insurance, variable annuity products and is a Certified Estate Planner and Qualified Financial Planner.

Daniel Kistler is one the founding partners at RCF Group and is the Chief Operating Officer and Wealth Advisor. Daniel graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he majored in Accounting and Finance. He enjoys number crunching, analyzing cases, and making a difference in clients’ lives. When he is not working he enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee, following the Nebraska Cornhuskers and being actively involved in his church. Daniel is the supervising principal and takes part in due diligence meetings to gain additional knowledge. He specializes in investment planning, tax strategy and retirement planning. Daniel holds FINRA series 7, 24, & 66 securities licenses. He is also licensed to sell a variety of insurance and annuity products.

Barry P. Dow serves as Executive VP Client Development and Wealth Advisor for RCF Group. Barry holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Emory University. He also holds the FINRA series 7, 66 and 63 securities licenses. Barry brings with him over 30 years’ experience in marketing, sales, consulting, and account development. Since 2003, he has been working with alternative investments, and tax advantaged investing, and 1031/DST offerings in the independent broker dealer (“BD”) channel and Financial Advisor community.

Rebecca Smith, M.B.A.
Rebecca Smith joined RCF Group in 2017 and serves as Executive Assistant. Rebecca is responsible for activities related to client service, processing paperwork, and coordination of business development activities. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree and Economics from Spelman College and a Master of Business Administration. During her off time, she enjoys doing community service, painting, and traveling.
